2024年11月～2025年12月にかけて、ポストカード売上金とヨガレッスン料から

合計1,857ドルを東ティモール、日本、そして海外のNGOやNPOなどへ寄付をさせて頂きました。

Yoga→

２０年ほど続けているヨガ。

指導歴は7年目となります。

マラウイ滞在中から少しずつ支援活動をはじめました。心身の健康維持の選択肢の一つとして、

呼吸、ポーズ、瞑想、哲学、日常生活に気軽にゆるっと取り入れて頂けると良いな、と思っています。

ヨガレッスンを通して各個人が支援したい団体に寄付をおこなっています。

寄付がはじめての方もいて、色々な団体を知って頂く機会作りもできたこと、大変ありがたく思います。

2025年はパーソナルのオンライン産前産後ヨガレッスンをおこないました。

In 2025, We held private pre- and post-natal yoga lessons.

Coloring illustrations →

These illustrations will continue to be used in schools in Timor-Leste in 2025.

We hope that these will help children to feel more emotionally stable, and that activities like coloring and writing will improve their concentration and motivation to learn.
